Imagine a week in lush, tropical ocean-side Bali, surrounded by a circle of fellow masterful facilitators, devoted practitioners, and wildly inspired visionaries of eros. This is not a retreat. It’s a living, breathing co-created sacred sexuality temple- a sanctuary where your leadership will be inspired, your artistry celebrated, and your erotic nature can be expressed in its most liberated form.

The Eros Leaders Getaway is a rare convergence of passionate professionals who are reshaping the landscape of sacred sexuality, embodiment, and relational healing. It’s a space of nourishment, yes- but also one of potent creation, play, honest collaboration, and sensual magic.

If you're an intimacy professional, sex/love coach, Tantrika, Eros or embodiment facilitator, intimate bodyworker or therapist seeking a sanctuary where your unique gifts are not only welcomed but celebrated, then the Eros Leaders Getaway is your haven.

We are creating a space with a special intention to connect with those in our field - a week of support and collaboration, to fly the 'freak flag' for like-minded individuals to come together for a period of time where magic can unfold. We're bringing the lovers, the mystics and the playful creatures together for a special period of time to nourish our need for connection and our desires to bring the soul-tribe together.

We're inviting those who share our intention to be in service of love, pleasure, eros and the awakening of the body to come together. We are representing the new generation of grounded Sacred Sexuality and Embodied Liberation work in this world, one that is sensitive, aware and devoted to deep systematic change in our world. We share a passion for revolutionary impact and wish to use this space to inspire one another as to how our work in the world can create deep collective changes and evolutionary love.

If you’re craving a space to connect with others in the field, to co-create and inspire one another, to play with other advanced professionals and to nourish one another as we nourish others in this world- this is the space for you!

You're invited:

A 7-day immersive, emergent Temple experience designed for sexuality professionals, relational facilitators, and intimacy experts who are ready to inspire, share their brilliance, and be met deeply by others who live and breathe this work. This gathering is an offering to the collective intelligence of our field—a place where the next wave of erotic leadership is dreamed and danced into being.

It is a NON-PROFIT community event where the cost of the venue is split among those attending. Everyone attending is required to offer something during the week, whether leading a ritual, a morning practice, a mastermind session or supporting other facilitators. Think of it like a burner event- everyone is both participant and creator.

This is not a training, retreat, or curated program.

It is a co-weaving of genius and devotion to Eros.
It is an advanced practitioner space where we all have a solid level of experience and expertise.
It is a week-long Temple for play, ritual, and professional evolution held in a space of sacred respect and realness.

You are a consent-ninja, you know your boundaries and how to speak your needs, you’re able to attune to others and ‘read the room’, and you’re also aware of your trauma patterns and shadows and can take self-responsibility if you make a mistake and step into repair processes if needed.

Fellow facilitators, teachers, coaches, therapists or guides who are seeking genuine connections within your field - desiring an authentic space where your wisdom is recognized, new collaborations can emerge and inspiration can be shared.

You should have at least a few years of experience in this field, have attended temple nights and play spaces before and are comfortable in these spaces.

This community experience is not tailored for beginners; it's created for those who have walked this path for a while. If you've attended multiple workshops, festivals, and retreats, if you could consider yourself pre-'initiated,' (and now initiate others in whatever way is your expertise!) then this is for you.

We meet as equals in the space where we are all taking roles as teacher, student, leader and participant at different moments over the time together. It's a self-responsible co-creation and we are all supporting one another. You're part of the creation and what we each bring to the experience will make it what it is.

OUR VISION

To bring together an epic collection of seasoned professionals in the space of sacred sexuality to play, practice, connect and expand together in paradise.

The purpose is for advanced individuals in the field of embodiment and sexuality to come together to skill share, network and enjoy playing in a space with other advanced professionals. In doing this we aim to create more fulfilment, a fresh sense of aliveness, new collaborations and uplevel within our businesses and sense of belonging within the industry.

The Flow of the Week

Each day is structured loosely to allow space for both personal presence and shared magic. The core rhythm will be collectively co-created once we arrive, but here’s a sense of the general unfolding:

Mornings: Embodiment Practices

Start each day with grounding practices to awaken your erotic aliveness and regulate - think breathwork, ecstatic movement, yoga, meditative ritual, or an ocean dancing swim. Anyone may offer to guide one of these morning practices.

We’ll follow this with simple sharing circles over breakfast to drop-in together

Late Mornings: Professional Masterminding and co-working

Peer-led discussions, mentorship exchanges, collaborative inquiry into topics like:

Eros & trauma-informed spaceholding
Decolonizing sacred sexuality
Branding with integrity & soul
Holding group containers with depth and grace
Ethical leadership in intimacy work
Erotic Activism
Technology and support in our work

We can either co-work together, create content or have themed masterminds based on what is alive in the group. If someone wants to give a masterclass related to subjects in the field we can also record it and put it on the Evolving Eros website (with percentage of income to the one guiding)

This is your space to share, refine, and receive. Other ideas could be creating collaborative photoshoots, podcast recordings or creating NSFW content.

Optional: for those who want a break from work, other intimacy-focused workshops could happen at this time. Or just chill!

Afternoons: Spacious Flow

This time is for community, rest, or spontaneous creation. Whether it’s lounging (or dancing) by the pool, sharing a workshop, receiving bodywork, writing, rehearsing an offering, or recording content with the tropical jungle as your muse- you choose what nourishes you.

We’ll also have optional excursions to nearby waterfalls, dolphin boat tours or balinese temples.

Evenings: Erotic Rituals & Temple Nights

Each night, we co-create a ritual or temple space that weaves our unique lineages of work into one alchemical cauldron. Think:

Transpersonal rituals
Exhibitionists Temple (filmed/recorded for content)
Ritual Theatre

We will create pods to co-create and host the evening rituals, ensuring at least one confident facilitator is in each group to ensure high quality offerings and space for people to try new things, get inspired and co-create something beyond what we might dream alone!

For the Ones Who Walk the Path

This gathering is for you if:

You’ve been facilitating/guiding others in the realms of tantra, sacred sexuality, conscious kink, relational healing, or embodiment work for years
You’re longing for a space that doesn’t ask you to lead the entire time, but where your wisdom is welcomed and reflected
You want to co-create with peers, for the love of it, from devotion and from inner genius and inspiration!
You’re seeking community nourishment, inspiration, and soulful connection with others on the same wild path who ‘get it’
You love temple spaces but are tired of commercial ones with lots of noobies, you long for more advanced spaces and being free from so many power dynamic issues (since we’re all leaders and more ‘equal’ in this space!)
You desire to create content, dream new offerings, or birth collaborative projects in an erotic, grounded environment (and it’s totally fine if you’re wanting to just play and not work too! We all need time away from the hustle)

This is a space of peer-to-peer celebration, not hierarchy or branding posturing.

Come as your whole self- professional, mystical, sensual, messy, and radiant.

Everyone both GIVES and RECEIVES in this space- we’re all active co-creators.

Our Values

Co-Creation - Every voice matters. We design the week together, listening to the group's pulse and adapting with presence. We aim to balance some basic structure with emergent spontaneity, so that we can flow with what's alive but also make sure we get as much juice in that time as possible!

Nervous System nourishment & Integrity - As experienced players we all come in with a clear understanding of consent, a respect for our nervous systems and a level of attunement to one another that ideally will create embodied safety and coherence in the group. We advocate for trauma-informed spaces that we lead, and brave spaces to explore!

Erotic Sovereignty - You are the author of your own experience. Nothing is expected, and everything is optional- as with any good Eros event!!!

Inclusion & Intersectionality - We centre diverse expressions of eros, embodiment, and leadership across gender, sexuality, cultural background, and spiritual lineage. Whether you’re a tantrika or a hedonist, hetero or queer AF, we welcome your transmission!

Content Creation

This week offers an opportunity to bring your work into the world through content creation, if you wish. We will bring in a professional photographer (which will be a little extra $$) plus have support available for filming rituals, recording content, or updating your brand visuals- whether playful or professional. There is a desire in our core team to have at least one of the Temple nights photographed/ filmed, as these spaces are generally no-photo zones and we want a chance to share some of the beautiful moments!

Of course you can always opt-out - only those desiring content or personalised shoots will be charged.

You’re also welcome to just be witnessed in your raw beauty.

The Venue:

Private sanctuary, Bali

We’ll be held at a lush retreat center on the beach in Bali.

With its open-air shalas, delicious nourishing food, tropical gardens, and natural beauty- it is the perfect place to relax and play.

We have not only the beach to frolick in but pools, a spa (with a massage included for each participant!), grassy areas to relax and a private shala for our rituals.

There are a variety of rooms to choose from- First in, first served!

Core Team

In the residency, a dedicated core team of four is responsible for creating the space by booking the venue and co-ordinating the sales, the application process and facilitating the introduction of the week. In exchange for the work they put in organising, they do not pay accommodation (but do pay for their food). The core team will be running the introduction and day one activities - this way the attendees can settle in and relax on the first day.

The price we charge is to cover the rental of the retreat centre, food and a little extra for materials we need to purchase for snacks, cacao and other ritual items. Additional funds that may be left over will go towards photographers or extra tours/trips.

The focus is not on profit and prices are kept low to make it accessible. Our primary focus is on building a thriving community and fostering an experimental experience at a low cost to the community, and as a space to nourish ourselves and connect with you all, too.

Please approach our team with respect, kindness, and understanding, recognizing that they are both members of the community and participants, as well as in an organisational role.

We all will inhabit roles as teacher, student, facilitator, participant, friend and colleague during the residency, and the team are participants just like anyone else attending and are not being paid for their facilitation roles, which are a gift to the community.

Please note there is no ‘care team’- we are ALL the care team too. Since we are all professionals, everyone should be capable of holding space for one another. We aim to support each other as a community.

Logistics & Application

Dates: September 22-29, 2025
Location Bali, a few hours from Ubud
Cost: This is a not-for-profit gathering. The price will be between $550- 900 USD per person, depending how many people sign up (so invite your friends/colleagues! The more people join, the cheaper it is for us all!). Price covers accommodation, all meals, and basic logistics and a massage at the spa each.
Accommodation- The venue has a variety of room types and configurations. We decided to do this as ‘first in, first served’ so the sooner you commit and book in, the better selection of room you have. If you come with a friend we encourage you to take one of the king-sized beds together as there are limited choices for single beds, and we'd like to fit as many wonderful beings as possible in the venue
Getting there: The venue is a few hours from airports and main cities, so you will likely need a taxi. We will organise in the telegram group before the event, we can either have a few mini buses going or a large bus to fit everyone from Ubud.

Reminder: This is a collaborative event- every participant will offer something, and also receive. Roles will be lightly shared (e.g., temple curation, facilitation, leading/planning excursions or workshops). You are not expected to be “on” all the time, but rather to show up authentically and give from devotion.
