Next we dive into the practical art and science of creating transformational experiences. Here we embody the work of the magician archetype, taking the visions of our creative ideas and bringing them into a form that can manifest in this world.

We explore workshop and event structure, aligned offering design, aftercare, working with assistants, troubleshooting — You'll leave knowing how to build and hold a transformational event from open to close — with the structure to feel confident and the spaciousness to stay attuned.

This phase invites you to start planning your next event and bringing the inspiration into curation.

Weeks 4-5

Phase 3 — The Deeper Craft

From knowledge to Wisdom

After an integration week, we enter 'Crafting the Container' we explore the energetics behind the format and structure so that you can hold the bigger vision of what is happening in these spaces.

This is the unseen parts that participants may not notice - but they feel. The trauma-informed cues, the understanding of the process of transformation, the intentionality behind what is offered and how and the way you build community.

We have 2 powerful workshops in this phase, exploring deeper leadership capacity through energetic resilience and responsiveness and exploring the masks we wear as leaders.

This phase invites you to think beyond the practices you offer and into what it takes to lead not just a workshop but a community and process.

Weeks 6-8

Phase 4 — Into the World

Getting your work to the people who need it

The practical foundations that most facilitators skip and later regret — pricing, budgeting, venue selection, marketing, and launching your first event. Built for soul-led practitioners to understand what it takes to make this an actual career.

Here you'll learn the basics of business and marketing, and have a event launching masterclass to go through the process. We offer this in a way that focuses on sustainable and regenerative business (no shady manipulative marketing needed!)

This phase allows the amazing ideas and inspiration you have to go forth into the world and turn into profitable and mutually nourishing events.
